About the Role

Gritter Francona is seeking a Data Technician to join their team in support of a contract with the Veterans Affairs. This role involves entering, reporting, and documenting data under the supervision of a team lead. The position requires daily collaboration within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, updates, and corrections in various databases, managing substantial volumes of information.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through verification, cleaning processes, and maintaining consistency across all systems.
• Generate reports and derive actionable insights from data for operational purposes.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including dictionaries and models, while strictly adhering to data security protocols.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate familiarity with database management systems.
• Exhibit strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Communicate effectively with both management and clients.
• Have prior experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira.
