Role Overview

DAC is hiring a Digital Media Coordinator to help manage and improve paid search campaigns. This position suits someone who enjoys working with data, pays close attention to detail, and wants to grow their expertise in digital performance marketing. The role includes campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create recurring weekly and monthly performance reports across paid media channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep work aligned and moving smoothly.
  • Monitor paid search and display activity continuously, using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement based on client goals.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and maintain campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and similar platforms.
  • Test search ad copy and display banners according to best practices to improve results.
  • Carry out keyword, placement, and market research to support new and existing campaigns.
  • Check campaign setup carefully before and after launch to ensure quality and accuracy.

What You Need
