Hiring in Madhya Pradesh
We are actively seeking experienced sales professionals to cover the following districts in Madhya Pradesh: Gwalior, Rewa, Bhopal, and Mandsaur.
Role Overview
This role involves managing sales operations within assigned districts, focusing on achieving sales targets, fostering strong professional relationships, and expanding market presence for Meril's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive sales activities within hospitals and laboratories.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors) and distributors.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and maintain CRM records.
- Actively promote Meril's products and contribute to the growth of the assigned sales territory.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, or Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Demonstrated ability in effective communication and building strong professional relationships.
- Preference will be given to local candidates who have a stable employment history.
