Role Summary

The field canvasser role is responsible for creating qualified leads for the sales team. In this position, you will work assigned neighborhoods during your shift, speak with homeowners at their residences, introduce the company’s products, collect contact details, and help set up product demonstration appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Go door to door to build customer relationships and promote Leaf Home products.
Work the assigned territory during scheduled shifts.
Gather customer contact details for product demos and request referrals to expand lead generation.
Share daily activity and results with field leadership.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Availability for evenings and/or weekends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift attention quickly without losing track of priorities.
Works well in a fast-paced, energetic, team-based setting with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on meeting goals.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think critically, identify issues, solve problems, and review work carefully.
Delivers prompt, empathetic service across communication channels while prioritizing team and customer needs.
Must be legally permitted to work in the country without employer sponsorship for a work visa.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Prior experience in door-to-door canvassing.
Background or familiarity with home improvement products or services.

Work Conditions and Additional Requirements

Local travel is required.
Overtime may be needed on evenings and weekends depending on business demands.
Work environment may include field offices, manufacturing areas, or construction settings.
The role requires outdoor work in varying temperatures and climates.
This is a sedentary role involving occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds.
