Role Overview
Northreach is supporting a biotechnology business in London in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant. This position sits close to senior leadership and plays a key part in keeping executive operations organised, efficient, and on track each day.
The role is suited to someone who is comfortable in a busy environment, can handle multiple priorities at once, and works well without close supervision. Strong relationship-building skills across the wider business are also important.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Executive Assistant support for members of the leadership team.
- Own complex diary coordination across telephone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Handle the practical arrangements for meetings, including room bookings, visitor access, and parking.
- Arrange business travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Maintain administrative records, databases, and filing structures in an organised way.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate materials and documentation.
- Help plan and coordinate internal and external events.
- Provide flexible support to the CEO and COO when needed.
- Take on additional administrative tasks that support the executive team.
Experience and Skills Needed
- At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders as an Executive Assistant.
- Background working in a fast-moving or high-growth business environment.
- Strong capability in managing diaries across several calendars and time zones.
- Comfort and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
- Excellent organisational ability and a practical approach to prioritisation.
- Proactive, flexible, and confident in solving problems independently.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft 365.
