About the Role
Mignon Design Build is hiring a highly dependable, sharp, and organized Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the owner and keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly. The ideal person will be mature, self-sufficient, efficient, and able to spot issues early, think through practical solutions, and ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Work Details
Location: Sheikh Rashid Tower, 18th Floor, Dubai, UAE
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Look into suppliers, subcontractors, materials, tools, fixtures, and related services.
- Gather and compare quotes using price, quality, and delivery timelines as the main criteria.
- Raise approved purchase orders and monitor them through to delivery for job sites.
- Arrange deliveries, collections, returns, replacements, and follow up on missing items.
- Keep in regular contact with site supervisors, internal staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project needs, deadlines, outstanding approvals, and urgent matters.
- Support renewals and coordination for trade licenses, visas, insurance, and banking documents.
- Maintain order in contracts, invoices, employee records, and supplier documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and the collection of required paperwork.
- Prepare concise updates and practical recommendations for the owner.
- Persist on tasks until they are fully resolved and properly closed out.

- Experience in executive assistance.
- Experience coordinating operations.

- Exposure to procurement or purchasing work.
- Experience coordinating suppliers or subcontractors.
- Project coordination experience.
- Familiarity with trade licenses, visas, banking, insurance, or UAE company administration.
