Founders Associate

About the role

Scale Invest is looking for a Founders Associate to join its dynamic and fast-growing single family office in Berlin. The company is building a next-generation family office, and profits from its Real Estate, Ventures, and Capital activities are reinvested into the startup ecosystem. In this role, you will work at the center of the team and gain close exposure to investments as well as startups in different growth stages.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the investment team to help advance the development of portfolio companies.
• Support founders and management teams within portfolio startups on strategic and operational challenges.
• Design and roll out growth initiatives together with startup leadership.
• Spot new business models, market opportunities, and paths to scaling, then help turn them into action.
• Review company metrics and translate findings into practical improvement measures.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts, business development, and market expansion projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup, venture capital firm, consulting practice, or a corporate strategy team.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with proven experience in building companies or business units.
• Excellent analytical thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
• High drive to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English, plus very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
