Job Description

As a Housekeeper at Punthill Knox, you will be an integral part of a small, dedicated team focused on creating memorable experiences for every guest. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your primary role will involve maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards in the upkeep of all common areas.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms during stays and upon departure to ensure exceptional quality.
• Monitor and ensure that cleaning efficiency and quality consistently meet hotel benchmarks.
• Report any observations regarding the condition of common areas to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, highlighting areas that may require deep cleaning, repairs, or replacement to maintain hotel standards.
