HR Manager

About the Role

An established organization in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of the human resources function. The position covers the full HR lifecycle, including hiring, employee relations, performance oversight, learning and development, policy rollout, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR plans that support wider business goals.
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition from start to finish.
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
• Oversee performance review processes and development initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, dispute handling, and workplace concerns.
• Keep the company aligned with UAE labor rules, regulations, and internal policies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards-related programs.
• Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and workforce data analysis.
• Contribute to succession planning and organizational development efforts.
• Work closely with department heads on staffing and workforce planning needs.
• Promote inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Guide and support HR team members in meeting departmental targets.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
• Industry-recognized HR credentials such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or an equivalent qualification are preferred.
• Demonstrated background in HR management or a senior HR capacity.
• Strong command of hiring, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience using HRIS or similar HR management platforms is an advantage.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and local employment practices will be beneficial.
