Role Overview

Crisis24 is hiring a full-time embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst for a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center supporting a large professional services client. The GSOC contributes to incident and crisis management, intelligence analysis, travel security, and broader security operations.

The position is based in Singapore at Crisis24’s Global Operations Center. It is a 12-month contract with the possibility of yearly renewal. Work will follow a rotating schedule covering weekdays and weekends, with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. Occasional overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am may also be required, along with occasional work on Singapore public holidays. The average weekly workload is expected to be 40 to 42 hours. Weekend and holiday premium pay applies.

The ideal candidate brings solid research and professional writing abilities, along with previous exposure to, or a strong interest in, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, and investigations. The role requires a dependable team contributor who can also work autonomously, manage several priorities at once, and produce accurate output under tight deadlines. Comfort in a fast-moving operational setting and clear, professional communication with varied stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Track threats and crisis developments and respond using independent judgement and established client SOPs.
• Review intelligence and incident alerts, then evaluate how they may affect travellers, assets, and operations.
• Use intelligence platforms and open-source intelligence methods to detect and assess risks to the business.
• Deliver timely, relevant intelligence updates to client stakeholders.
• Prepare concise written and verbal assessments with useful analysis.
• Handle incoming client requests and route information or services to the right people without delay.
• Carry out persons of interest investigations and other open-source investigative tasks.
• Support the creation of briefings, presentations, communication materials, and policy documents.
• Keep client metrics current and generate regular reports.
• Maintain frequent contact with the client to understand needs and concerns.
• Stay actively engaged with the team each day and support other assigned duties within the client programme.

Team Environment

The embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst will work within the Global Security Operations Center team, supporting security monitoring, incident response, crisis management, and intelligence analysis. The role collaborates closely with Security Operations leaders, other security team members, employees, and key stakeholders across the organisation. The GSOC may include personnel from the client, Crisis24, and other vendors.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in security operations, intelligence, investigations, or a related area.
• Strong research, analytical, and professional writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly to different audiences.
• Interest in, or experience with, global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigations.
• Ability to evaluate information, use sound judgement, and escalate matters appropriately in support of security operations and incident response.
• Good understanding of threat issues in a corporate or operational environment, with the ability to make balanced, business-focused decisions.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, including handling competing priorities, deadlines, and pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work alone and in a team.
• Comfort with using different systems and technologies for monitoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence, Criminology, or a related field.

Working Conditions

This is a shift-based onsite role in Singapore. The schedule includes weekday and weekend 12-hour shifts, typically from 7am to 7pm, with occasional overnight coverage from 7pm to 7am. Work on Singapore holidays may also be needed. The average weekly schedule is 40 to 42 hours.

Compensation and Premiums
