Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist for a full-time remote role based in Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support queries through email, chat, phone, and ticketing platforms.
• Investigate and fix problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Assist users with account creation, password resets, and access requests.
• Support software setup, device configuration, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Record incidents and solutions accurately in support documentation.
• Pass along more complex technical issues to the appropriate team when needed.
• Contribute to the upkeep of internal knowledge resources and support procedures.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate should have a foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and widely used office software. Experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic networking concepts is preferred. Strong communication, troubleshooting ability, and a customer-first attitude are important for success in this role. Prior exposure to customer service, technical support, help desk work, or related IT studies is useful but not mandatory.
