Janitorial Associate

Role overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you will help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. The role covers a wide range of cleaning duties across the property, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $14 to $27 per hour. The starting rate will be at or above the minimum wage required in the job location. Extra earnings may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. In some situations, premium pay may also be added at a rate between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed. More than one premium may apply when the conditions are met.

Schedule

This is a full-time role with the following shift options: opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
