Junior Analyst

Role Overview

This is a full-time Junior Analyst position for someone who is early in their career and enjoys working with data, research, and reporting. The role supports better decision-making across the organization in a remote-first setting based in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, clean, and assess information from several sources
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal teams
• Spot patterns, trends, and opportunities that can inform business choices
• Support research tasks, forecasting work, and performance reviews
• Work with teams across functions on projects and strategic efforts
• Keep documentation updated for reporting workflows and analysis methods
• Handle ad hoc analytical requests and routine operational reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career candidate with roughly 0–2+ years of experience, including internships
• Background in analysis, reporting, research, or a similar area
• Good analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
• Comfort using Excel; experience with reporting or visualization tools is beneficial
• Ability to make sense of data and explain findings clearly
• High level of accuracy and strong organizational habits
• Self-directed and comfortable in a remote working environment
• Professional fluency in English
• Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time
