The contact centre plays a key role in delivering value to customers, and this position is based within that environment, where your analysis will directly support business performance and operational improvements.
Role overview
- Improve the performance of outbound campaigns and take responsibility for reporting on the underlying data.
- Use performance insights to support ongoing gains in productivity, contact rates and compliance.
- Handle dialler setup and optimisation, including pacing settings, retry rules and call outcome management.
- Track and summarise core operational measures such as contact rate, conversion rate and agent occupancy.
- Provide straightforward performance analysis and practical recommendations to both operations teams and senior stakeholders.
- Spot ways to automate tasks and streamline processes.
What you should bring
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn operational data into clear, usable recommendations.
- Good knowledge of contact centre activity, outbound KPIs and how campaigns work.
- Hands-on experience with dialler systems or workforce management, reporting or MI tools.
- A proactive attitude, with confidence in identifying problems and improving processes.
- Careful attention to detail and a mindset that prioritises compliance.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to managers and senior leaders.
Salary and benefits
- Annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000, based on experience.
