Role Overview

This position is with a US-based marketing firm that focuses on staffing for door-to-door sales teams. The company is looking for a Junior Recruiter who can help with hiring for sales roles and, from time to time, marketing positions as well. The role is fully remote and requires strong spoken English.

Compensation and Working Hours

The pay for this role is $1,000 per month. Working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

What You Will Do

Run Zoom-based interviews for candidates applying to door-to-door sales and marketing positions, using the provided interview structure.
Conduct group screening sessions lasting around 15 to 30 minutes each.
Manage several interviews throughout the day while keeping the same level of energy and professionalism.
Record candidate feedback and interview notes carefully for reference.
Present the opportunity in an appealing, persuasive manner to attract qualified candidates.
Keep candidates engaged and move them effectively from the first screening stage to the second round.
Maintain a neat, polished, and professional presence during all interviews.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience using Zoom or Google Meet.
Comfortable speaking English clearly and confidently.
Ability to lead interviews in a persuasive and engaging manner.
Strong organizational habits and close attention to detail.
Experience working with CRMs or ATS platforms.
Good people skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to group interviewing methods.
Familiarity with CRM tools.

Additional Information

The main performance measure for this position is the retention of candidates from the first interview round to the second round. The recruiter is expected to help maintain strong candidate interest throughout the screening process.
