Job overview
Della Townships in Pune is looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional with a strong background in luxury townships, premium real estate, and mixed-use residential projects. This site-based role focuses on building, applying, and tracking quality systems across township construction to make sure all work aligns with project drawings, safety expectations, and high-end quality standards.
Working arrangement
This is an on-site position based in Della Townships, Pune. The role follows a six-day work week.
Key responsibilities
The selected professional will set up QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and quality benchmarks for all construction activities. The role includes checking site work against approved drawings, specifications, and accepted industry practices, as well as inspecting materials, workmanship, and installations to protect premium finish quality.
You will also ensure that vendors and contractors follow the required quality norms and that any non-conformance is corrected quickly. Documentation will be a major part of the role, including maintaining inspection records, quality reports, NCR registers, and all required compliance paperwork.
In addition, the position involves leading snagging checks and quality closure during project handover, working closely with execution, design, and site teams to resolve issues, and suggesting practical improvements in construction methods to raise durability, finish standards, and customer satisfaction. The role also covers internal quality audits and compliance with statutory and project-specific standards.
Experience and fit
The ideal candidate should have proven QA/QC experience in luxury real estate, township, residential, villa, or other mixed-use developments, along with solid knowledge of construction materials, execution methods, finishing quality, inspection practices, audits, and documentation systems.
Additional details
Reporting line: CMD / HOD.
Travel may be required as and when needed.
Minimum qualification: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum experience: 8 to 12 years in QA/QC.
Working days: Six days per week.
