Role Overview

Eram Talent is looking for a seasoned Mechanical Inspector to support quality-focused work in the Oil & Energy sector. This position is centered on checking mechanical equipment and installations to confirm they align with technical requirements, safety expectations, and applicable regulations. The role is based on-site in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out thorough inspections of mechanical equipment, welded joints, and assemblies to ensure they match drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Examine technical drawings, inspection documents, and related project records.
• Coordinate non-destructive testing activities and evaluate the results.
• Record inspection outcomes, identify deviations, and provide clear recommendations.
• Work alongside engineers, contractors, and quality teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
• Follow client and company procedures throughout all inspection tasks.
• Keep inspection logs and reports complete, accurate, and updated on time.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience working as a Mechanical Inspector, ideally in the Utility or Energy sector.
• Strong ability to analyze details and spot issues accurately.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
• Preparedness to relocate or remain on-site as required.

This is a contract position in an on-site work setting. The job focuses on quality assurance and quality control support for mechanical inspections across oil, gas, petroleum, infrastructure, energy, and related project environments.
