Role Overview

The Payroll Administrator will be part of the local and global payroll team supporting more than 1,500 employees. The position works across functions and time zones to support worldwide operations and payroll processing for assigned projects. This role also partners with business leaders to help develop and carry out payroll approaches across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Duties

  • Manage the preparation and processing of weekly, semi-weekly, and bi-monthly payroll for a workforce of 1,500+ employees.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee updates and requested changes.
  • Enter new hires, exits, employee changes, benefits, and tax-related updates in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Review timesheets in Deltek T&E to confirm that charge codes and pay types are captured correctly.
  • Handle corrections to timesheets in Deltek T&E and Costpoint.
  • Reconcile payroll data across systems to help ensure accurate payroll payments.
  • Respond to employee payroll questions and support troubleshooting for system-related issues.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Recommend process and system improvements that can be adopted across the department.
  • Act as the main contact for assigned payroll projects and initiatives.
  • Take part in payroll audits and supply supporting documents when needed.
  • Maintain complete records and documentation to support payroll activity and compliance.
  • Look for ongoing ways to improve payroll operations and reporting.
  • Protect highly sensitive and confidential information with care.
