Role Overview
We are seeking a certified Polygraph Examiner to carry out lie detection testing for pre-hire screening, security vetting, and internal inquiries in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves regular test administration, careful review of outcomes, and strict handling of sensitive information.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer polygraph tests for employment screening, security-related checks, and internal investigations, with a workload of about three examinations each day, taking roughly two hours per test.
- Design and apply examination procedures that align with professional standards, company policies, and legal obligations.
- Review collected data to determine credibility indicators and produce clear, accurate assessments.
- Prepare detailed written reports summarizing findings and share them with the appropriate managers or stakeholders.
- Keep polygraph instruments in proper working order by monitoring performance, maintaining calibration, and flagging faults or breakdowns quickly.
- Protect all examination records and related information with strict confidentiality and in line with privacy requirements.
Candidate Profile
The right applicant should already hold Polygraph Examiner certification, have substantial hands-on testing experience, and bring strong judgment, precision, and professionalism. The role also calls for a solid grasp of ethical practice, equipment operation, and result interpretation, along with fluency in English.
