Project Manager

Role Overview

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Oil & Gas projects, with a specific focus on Technical Modular Buildings. The main objective is to make sure projects are completed on schedule, stay within approved budgets, follow company procedures, and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build project plans, set timelines, track progress, and keep delivery aligned with the company’s project management procedures so that deadlines are met and client expectations are satisfied.
• Organize internal resources, skills, and expertise efficiently to complete the full project scope within budget while supporting contribution targets and revenue recognition as defined in contractual terms.
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Asset Management teams to execute work according to scope, industry standards, target timelines, budget limits, and quality requirements while improving capacity use and reducing waste.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to the Estimation team during bidding when required, including review of cost assumptions and risk coverage to protect the company’s interests.
• Monitor project status, costs, and lessons learned regularly in the ERP system (Synergy) so that financial results are reported on time, at the right level and frequency, while supporting revenue realization, budget contribution, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with internal teams and external clients to support successful project delivery and reflect the company’s values and culture.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

The role calls for a university degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A project management certification is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or similar industries.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong understanding of contract administration, project documentation, and oil field operating practices.
• Working knowledge of project management methods and controls.
• Ability to manage change and tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Solid project management capability.
• Competence with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
