Role Overview
This is a fully remote position focused on supporting both data handling and day-to-day administrative operations. The role suits someone who is highly accurate, well organized, and comfortable balancing repetitive entry work with general office support tasks. You will help keep records current, maintain internal systems, and contribute to smooth workflow across the organization.
Data Entry and Record Management
- Enter, revise, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
- Check records for completeness and correctness, then update them as needed.
- Keep digital files and datasets structured and easy to retrieve.
- Spot mismatches or mistakes in data and fix them promptly.
Administrative Support and Coordination
- Handle routine administrative duties and assist with internal processes.
- Keep trackers, logs, and reporting files organized and current.
- Help coordinate tasks so deadlines are met on time.
- Organize documents and support file management for quick access.
Communication and Task Tracking
- Review incoming requests and direct them to the right person or team.
- Share updates with colleagues about data issues or task progress.
- Monitor open items and follow up until tasks are completed.
- Report on work that has been finished and what is still pending.
Documentation and Quality Control
- Apply consistent formatting across records and documents.
- Carry out regular checks to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Support the creation and improvement of process documentation and workflows.
- Prepare simple reports or summaries when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a careful approach to data work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and structured processes accurately.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
- Dependable, self-driven, and capable of handling repetitive tasks consistently.
- Prior experience in data entry or administration is helpful, but not mandatory.
