Role Overview

As a store associate in a fast-moving retail environment, you will help bring the store to life through customer engagement, merchandising, transactions, and day-to-day operational support. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, variety, and working in a busy, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain strong customer service standards and support store operations by following established procedures and communicating updates clearly.
• Assist in planning and prioritizing daily work, while guiding associates in coordination with management.
• Coach team members on merchandise presentation and service expectations to encourage continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Support the movement of merchandise so the sales floor stays organized, timely, and aligned with visual presentation standards.
• Create appealing feature areas and displays that strengthen the store’s fashion, brand, and value message.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; background in retail or another service-oriented environment is preferred.
• High school completion or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Excellent customer service capability, with the ability to identify both expressed and unspoken customer and associate needs.
• Solid working knowledge of register operations.
• Ability to help set up and maintain a warehouse-style environment.

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range is $20.25 to $25.31. The final rate offered may be above this range depending on relevant skills, experience, and local labour market conditions.
