Role Summary

The Sales Associate role sits within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on delivering strong customer service, supporting store performance, and contributing to sales growth while maintaining brand and store standards.

Key Duties

• Represent the company’s customer service standards and ensure every shopper receives a smooth, positive experience.
• Respond to customer concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when required.
• Work toward sales targets and look for practical ways to surpass them without losing sight of the customer experience.
• Use product knowledge to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep the store consistently presentable by helping with cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
• Follow all store security rules and procedures to help reduce stock loss exposure.
• Apply effective selling techniques to understand customer needs, drive higher-value transactions, and encourage repeat business.
• Guide customers toward suitable merchandise, including options from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands or stores when the desired item is unavailable in the current location.

Requirements

• High school certificate.
• 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid customer service abilities.
