Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with internal sales teams, and help ensure smooth order handling from quotation through dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales orders and keep the order flow organized.
- Work closely with the sales team to support daily sales-related tasks.
- Draft quotations, prepare sales orders, and generate invoices as needed.
- Stay in touch with customers to update them on order progress, payment follow-ups, and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and keep sales records up to date.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to work a 6-day schedule. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply.
