Responsibilities

You will join fast-growing SaaS businesses that already have product-market fit and are now focused on scaling. Core work includes generating pipeline through proactive outreach and cold calling, qualifying prospects, and working closely with account executives or founders. The environment is performance-led, with clear KPIs and room to progress into a closing role depending on the team structure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings either initial sales experience or strong interest in starting a sales career. A solid drive for cold calling, frequent activity, and a strong desire to earn and improve are important. Fluency in German and a good working level of English are required.
