You will connect with potential partners using a blend of in-person prospecting and outbound outreach across phone, email, SMS, social media, and other effective channels. The aim is to encourage stores to join the platform and contribute to reducing food waste.

What you will do

  • Serve as the initial contact for prospective store partners and manage the entire sales process through to deal closure.
  • Work from a provided list of leads, then prioritise opportunities, organise your week, and move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Keep the sales pipeline active and healthy while supporting a smooth transition into onboarding and handover.
  • Visit potential partners in person around 2-3 days each week to understand their needs and explain the value of the solution.
  • Use the SNAP sales approach to engage a range of businesses effectively.
  • Support partners as they register and begin using the platform.
  • Track and advance opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to ensure partners get a strong start on day one.
  • Continually improve your performance through focused development and feedback.
