Role overview

As the Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the store’s front-end activity and helping deliver an outstanding experience for customers.

Your day-to-day work will involve managing checkouts, supporting customer service, and assisting with loss prevention and other operational tasks so the store continues to run efficiently.

You will also lead a team, encourage a positive work environment, and help people feel supported, engaged, and confident in their roles.

This is an active leadership position where your energy, planning ability, and people-focused approach will have a meaningful impact on both the team and the wider community.

What we are looking for

To do well in this position, you should be a driven and self-assured leader with genuine interest in retail and customer service.

You should also have experience in leading and growing teams, along with solid communication and planning skills. A sound understanding of cash handling and checkout operations is important, as is the ability to read plans and put them into action effectively.

A positive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a busy environment are essential. Above all, you should bring enthusiasm, persistence, and a real commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
