  • Examine monthly billings, invoices, and revenue schedules, and provide meaningful financial analysis where needed.
  • Validate contract, agreement, and system setups tied to revenue and cost recovery processes, including assistance with internal audit activities when required.

  • Contribute to FP&A work for the 10-year plan, including detailed review of budget assumptions and value-added insights.
  • Work with operational and business teams to build annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
  • Carefully assess budget assumptions across asset classes to ensure budgets are complete and accurate.
  • Create and review monthly reporting dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Develop process documentation to support compliance across funds under partnership agreements.
  • Help track, summarize, and analyze year-over-year asset management fees, including verification that investor fees are fully charged as part of compliance-related work.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Support monthly debt and capital treasury activities, along with other ad hoc reporting tasks.

Requirements

  • CPA designation with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in operating, investment, or project-based finance environments is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel capability and the ability to produce polished PowerPoint presentations.
  • Working knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Strong curiosity about key performance metrics and business drivers.
