Senior Installation Engineer

Job Summary

This position is for a seasoned Installation Engineer who will manage installation work and on-site execution across large infrastructure projects in Doha. The role focuses on delivering engineering activities safely, efficiently, and in line with approved technical requirements and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor installation operations across several work locations.
• Carry out site inspections to confirm workmanship quality and adherence to standards.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to keep work moving smoothly.
• Examine technical drawings, documents, and installation procedures before and during execution.
• Identify site-related problems and apply practical corrective measures.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and final project handover tasks.
• Keep accurate inspection records and technical files up to date.
• Encourage observance of quality, safety, and environmental rules at all times.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants should have substantial experience handling engineering installation projects.
• Strong familiarity with engineering codes, standards, and on-site supervision is important.
• Good organisational ability and leadership skills are expected.
