Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for steering projects from initial planning through final handover, with full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project delivery plans covering scope, timelines, budget, and resource needs.
• Direct and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support smooth execution.
• Track spending against budget, control costs, and respond quickly to any overruns or variances.
• Build, update, and manage schedules while monitoring progress and making timely adjustments.
• Ensure all work follows the required quality benchmarks, technical specifications, and applicable building regulations.
• Anticipate project risks and put mitigation measures in place to reduce impact on cost, time, and scope.
• Handle contract-related activities such as negotiation, execution, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including status updates and issue escalation.
• Resolve construction-related challenges and remove blockers that could affect delivery.
• Prepare and deliver progress updates for senior leadership and stakeholders, covering achievements, concerns, and required changes.
• Contribute to HSE initiatives, safety awareness efforts, and incident reporting/resolution in line with company and IMS requirements.

Experience and Education

The role requires at least 18 years of overall work experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position. Experience in GCC markets for 10 years is considered an advantage. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field, have PMP certification, and possess mandatory registration with SCE.
