Role overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will work from Hyderabad and contribute to the design, enhancement, integration, and support of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and improve Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Connect Salesforce with external platforms through REST and SOAP APIs, along with middleware-based integrations.
• Take part in the full delivery cycle, including solution design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Set up and maintain custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder automations, and Flows.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards, platform best practices, and security requirements.
• Handle releases and deployments using CI/CD practices and tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on work with Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard as well as custom objects.
• Working familiarity with Flows, Omni-Channel, and Case Management.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and interface customization.
• Understanding of security controls, sharing rules, and deployment utilities such as Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado.
