About the Role
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking individuals with accounting and finance backgrounds to join their ranks as Special Agents. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical and financial expertise in critical national security investigations, including counter-terrorism, cybercrime, and fraud. As a Special Agent, you will be instrumental in protecting public safety by identifying patterns, uncovering vital information, and supporting complex investigations. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity threats, and public safety concerns.
- Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet diverse investigative demands.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Must be willing to undertake travel as necessary for investigations.
- Must satisfy all FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with analytical skills, data analysis, attention to detail, and handling complex data.
- Proficiency in tools such as R (programming language) and Tableau is beneficial.
- Experience in financial accounting, risk management, and budgeting is expected.

Salary Information
