ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
About the role
This position is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to help improve AI systems. The work involves reviewing AI-produced quantitative analysis, tackling technical challenges, and giving structured feedback that influences how these models handle data, statistical thinking, modeling, and scientific problem solving.
The role is a fit for people from a range of quantitative backgrounds, including data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and other similar fields. If you are used to thinking carefully about data, models, and evidence, your experience is relevant here. Some contributors use this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the interview step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email, and paid assignments will become available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for correctness, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-backed conclusions.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks that help train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce clear technical explanations and maintain well-structured analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Working knowledge of coding, with the ability to write and review analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English communication skills at native or bilingual level, especially in writing.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Additional proof of expertise, such as a Kaggle ranking, AWS/GCP machine learning certification, or similar credentials, is a plus.
Contract and payment details
This is an independent contractor arrangement. Work is paid hourly, with rates starting at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay. Payment is made through PayPal, and PayPal handles any currency conversion from USD. You will never be asked to pay any money to participate.
Work style and flexibility
You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The role is designed for independent work on your own computer, from home, and on your own schedule.
Eligibility
Only applicants based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand will be considered.
Additional notes
The opportunity is meant for people with strong quantitative reasoning skills who want to contribute directly to AI model development.
