Supply Chain Coordinator

Role overview

An expanding apparel business in North Dublin is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth running of supplier, freight, inventory and wholesale fulfilment activities. The role reports to the Head of Logistics and suits someone who is organised, proactive and eager to contribute to a fast-growing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers so ex-factory deadlines are met.
• Arrange freight activity with carrier partners to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Work with 3PL providers to support on-time inventory receipt, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
• Share supply chain information and critical updates with internal teams.
• Manage wholesale delivery timings in line with business needs.
• Keep purchase orders, shipment details and inventory records accurate and current.
• Help define supply chain KPIs and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen operational performance.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or operations.
• Highly organised with strong accuracy and a close eye for detail.
• Prior exposure to suppliers, freight operators or third-party logistics partners.
• Confident user of Excel and business systems for handling supply chain data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to balance several priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Energetic, adaptable and proactive in approach.
