About the Role
Dataceria is seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter with substantial experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. The role requires hands-on expertise in utilizing recruitment platforms, advanced search techniques, candidate screening, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top technology talent across various specialized domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, databases, and social media.
- Employ advanced Boolean and X-Ray search strategies to pinpoint niche and hard-to-find talent.
- Thoroughly screen resumes and shortlist candidates aligning with technical proficiencies, experience levels, and specific client needs.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the coordination of interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address both immediate and future hiring demands.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through to the final offer extension.
- Monitor and track candidate progression throughout the entire hiring process.
- Compile and maintain essential recruitment reports, candidate databases, and key hiring performance metrics.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional experience for all candidates during the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of technical requirements and prioritize hiring objectives.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Expertise in applying Boolean Search Techniques and X-Ray Search methodologies.
- Proven ability to source candidates via job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies and the nuances of various technical roles.
- Excellent capabilities in resume evaluation and candidate assessment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
- Experience with maintaining recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruiting for specialized areas like Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, QA Automation, and Data Analytics.
- Prior experience recruiting for clients within the Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology sectors.
- Familiarity with market mapping and talent intelligence gathering techniques.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related academic discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Recruitment.
