Roles and Responsibilities
The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing top talent from diverse channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. This role involves conducting initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. The recruiter will coordinate interviews between clients and candidates via phone or video conferencing, manage the candidate pipeline by tracking progress through each stage of the hiring process, and provide consistent updates on recruitment status to both clients and candidates.
Work Location and Shift
The work location is Chennai. The shift will be a US shift.
Notice Period
Immediate joining is required.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess over 1 year of experience in US Recruitment, covering both IT and Non-IT Staffing, with a strong emphasis on International Hiring and Recruitment. A solid understanding of US market trends, salary structures, and benefits packages is essential. Excellent communication skills are required for effective coordination with clients during interview scheduling and feedback sessions.
