About the Company
Teo-Inspiro International Limited is a Nigerian media and communications consultancy focused on documentary production, photography, videography, and strategic storytelling.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Videographer position based in Abuja. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content for a range of clients and projects.
The role requires active participation in the full production workflow, including managing camera gear, operating video equipment, configuring lighting, and contributing directly to the creation of polished visual stories.
You will work closely with the production team to ensure every output reflects the company’s storytelling approach and satisfies client goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan, capture, and edit video content for different client assignments and internal projects.
- Operate cameras and related equipment effectively during shoots.
- Prepare and manage lighting setups to support strong visual quality.
- Take part in pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
- Work alongside the production team to deliver content that aligns with storytelling standards and client expectations.
- Handle equipment carefully and ensure it is used efficiently on-site.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of video production across pre-production, filming, and editing stages.
- Hands-on experience with camera operation and a variety of camera systems and accessories.
- Ability to set up and use lighting techniques for video shoots.
- Comfort and skill in shooting footage that is visually engaging.
- Willingness and ability to work from the Abuja office on-site.
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and storytelling ability.
- Relevant background in media or videography, supported by a portfolio of previous work.
- Colour grading skills will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Communication, Media Studies, or a similar discipline.
