Role overview
The intern will support the recruitment and hiring function by helping source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and keep applicant records organized. The position also includes assistance with onboarding and job-posting activities.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Find and filter potential candidates using job boards, social platforms, and internal talent databases.
- Evaluate resumes and prepare a shortlist based on role fit and eligibility.
- Carry out first-round phone screenings to gauge suitability for open roles.
- Arrange interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Update candidate files, recruitment trackers, and HR records accurately.
- Help create and publish job vacancies on different hiring channels.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding steps and related documentation for selected candidates.

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 8,000 to 15,000.
