Job overview

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking seasoned Appian Developers to work across India on Appian BPM solutions. The role calls for professionals with at least 4 years of relevant Appian development experience and an Appian L2 certification or higher. You should be able to build, enhance, and roll out Appian-based applications using the low-code platform.

Role summary

• Build, configure, and launch applications on the Appian low-code platform.
• Develop and upkeep process models, user interfaces, records, reports, and system integrations.
• Design and refine workflows, business rules, and expressions to support business needs.
• Connect Appian with external platforms through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Take part in the full delivery cycle, including requirement collection, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Investigate issues in applications and support production operations.
• Adhere to Appian development standards and recommended best practices.

Required profile

• You should have 4 or more years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Appian L2 certification is compulsory; L3 certification will be considered an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of SAIL, process models, records, reports, and integrations is expected.
• Experience in Appian BPM, workflow automation, and case management is important.
• You should understand SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and API integration work.
• Experience in deployment and performance tuning of applications is required.
• Good analytical ability, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed.

Preferred experience

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and DevOps practices.
