About the organisation

The Kindergartens operates early years settings focused on delivering excellent care and education for young children. The team offers a supportive environment along with structured training, giving you the opportunity to build your skills and reach your potential while making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Little Dukes is the early years division of the Dukes Education Group, with independent nurseries in London, Richmond upon Thames, Brighton & Hove, and Worthing. The organisation aims to help children build strong foundations for an extraordinary life through education.

Role focus

  • Create, prepare, and run activities aligned to EYFS that are engaging, stimulating, and suitable for the age group.
  • Maintain a secure, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere where children can learn and develop.

Skills and experience required

This role is suitable for someone with prior nursery or childcare experience. The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic, and genuinely enthusiastic about working with children. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, as is the ability to work well as part of a team. First Aid certification is preferred, and familiarity with childcare regulations, including safeguarding, is an advantage.
