Role Overview
This position is for an Architectural Coordinator working in Singapore's construction sector, specifically on A&A and building works. The role focuses on drawing reviews, site coordination, technical resolution, quality control, and support through to handover.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly pay is between $3,500 and $5,500.

Work Location
The office is located in Tai Seng, Singapore.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Check architectural drawings to spot discrepancies and coordination gaps.
- Work with consultants such as architects and engineers to clarify details and update revisions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors so architectural works remain aligned with structural, M&E, and interior design requirements.
- Carry out site checks to confirm that works follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Address design clashes, site limitations, and technical questions as they arise.
- Prepare and submit approval documents, including Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), and shop drawings.
- Oversee material and workmanship quality to ensure project standards are met.
- Track progress of architectural works so timelines are achieved.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Support defect rectification and the documentation needed for project completion and handover.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is necessary.
- A positive mindset and strong accountability are important.
- Must be able to manage construction projects with commitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
