Dredging Overview
Over the last several years, the dredging division has grown from a basic service provider into a full-service dredging business. It is one of the largest dredging organizations in the country and delivers maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.
Job Purpose
The Engine Maintenance role is focused on keeping dredgers and support craft fully operational by carrying out maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of engine systems so that equipment remains dependable and performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong technical expertise to overhaul and diagnose engine issues, ensuring equipment performs efficiently and preventive maintenance requirements are met.
- Carry out calibration of essential instruments in line with OEM guidance, perform scheduled inspections, support preventive maintenance, and contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following approved safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Manage workshop activities, use resources effectively, and coordinate work with maintenance plans and project priorities.
- Stay updated on digital tools and AI developments that can improve operational efficiency and support business competitiveness.

Qualifications
A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is essential. A B.Tech is preferred.
Experience Required
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in engine maintenance.
