Role Overview
This position involves managing projects, coordinating vendors, and serving as the interface for customers. The work must be delivered within agreed timelines, budget limits, and quality expectations. It also calls for strong communication, the ability to coordinate people, partners, and teams, and a solid grasp of relationship building and decision-making.
The role requires customer handling, use of advanced project management tools, and attention to quality compliance. Experience with Airtel Works, FF1, project management, Google Earth, and Letpton tools is relevant for this position.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree is required, along with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
The role calls for troubleshooting experience related to network, equipment, and service-level issues. The candidate should be able to prepare and present a detailed vulnerability assessment report, understand the domain and related technologies, and be familiar with manual testing methods that help improve environmental understanding and reduce false positives and negatives.
Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will build and maintain the infrastructure needed to expand and support field and network operations, helping improve efficiency and availability. The role also includes managing enhancements and issue resolution using project management methods and tools.
Other responsibilities include overseeing partner governance, identifying repetitive manual work, and driving automation efforts. The person will monitor project progress, track and reduce risks, and ensure that all project documents such as plans, specifications, and change orders are properly maintained and shared with stakeholders.
The role further requires reviewing CFT team change frequency and criticality, identifying gaps, and creating SOP documents to help prevent change-related errors. Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, proactive issue handling, and strong delivery quality is also central to the job. The position may involve working independently or leading a small team.
Work Standards
Delivery is expected to meet defined standards for time, cost, and quality. The candidate must also remain aligned with monthly targets, compliance requirements, safety norms, EHS expectations, and best practices used in the industry.
