Care Assistant

Role overview

Abacare, part of CCH Group, is hiring Care Assistants to support people across Abergele and nearby communities. The role pays £13.45 per hour, with mileage paid on journeys when driving is required. Shifts are flexible and may include full-time, part-time, evenings, and weekends.

This is a community-based care role focused on helping people remain independent in their own homes. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required, as local travel is part of the job. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

• Help individuals live independently in their own homes.
• Deliver personal care respectfully and with dignity.
• Provide reassurance, company, and emotional support.

What the employer is looking for

No previous experience is required. The employer is open to both new starters and candidates with care experience, provided they are caring, dependable, and willing to learn with full training and induction support.
