About the Role
This position is for a Client Advisor who will shape a refined, personalized experience for premium clients. The role calls for a balance of expertise, curiosity, and humility, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and making every client feel recognized, valued, and understood. The ultimate aim is to translate client aspirations into loyalty and long-term brand advocacy.
What You Will Do
You will create a distinctive in-store journey and develop genuine relationships through warm service, strong product knowledge, and careful client follow-up. Meeting sales goals will be a core part of the role, alongside handling the full sales process, managing negotiations, and supporting customers after the sale. As a representative of the Maison, you will communicate enthusiastically about the brand’s heritage, values, and collections. You will also contribute to day-to-day boutique performance by following policies, supporting merchandising, managing inventories, and assisting with special initiatives.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
To succeed here, you should bring substantial sales experience, ideally from the luxury retail environment, along with a consistent record of reaching and surpassing targets. The role also requires the ability to develop trusted relationships with high-value clients, deliver highly tailored service, and confidently manage luxury sales and customer-service transactions. A deep understanding of the brand’s identity and product offering, combined with the ability to represent it with passion, is essential. You should also be proactive in engaging clients in-store and at external events, while maintaining integrity, teamwork, and strict compliance with brand standards.
