About the Internship
The selected intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating dashboards and reports using tools like Zoho Analytics and spreadsheets. Key duties include cleaning and organizing marketing, CRM, and business data to ensure accuracy, tracking marketing campaigns and operational KPIs, and preparing weekly and monthly reports to enhance business insights and decision-making. The intern will identify data inconsistencies and reporting gaps proactively, organize reporting documentation, improve the clarity and readability of reports and dashboards, and analyze trends to generate valuable business insights. Additionally, the intern will leverage AI tools responsibly to support data summarization and analysis without compromising accuracy, and will continuously enhance reporting workflows and templates based on feedback and organizational needs.

Stipend & Benefits

- Applicants should be comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to assist with data reporting and analysis while applying sound judgment.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to detect patterns and actionable insights in data are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including working with structured data, formulas, filters, and reporting tools, is required.
- Basic knowledge of dashboards, business reporting, and data visualization is preferred; familiarity with Zoho Analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Curiosity about CRM systems, marketing analytics, business operations, and KPI tracking, with a readiness to learn new reporting frameworks, is vital.
