Responsibilities
- Work closely within client-facing and internal processes so data-backed insights become part of how AI agents make decisions.
- Create tailored reports and visual dashboards that communicate clear findings for product teams and outside stakeholders.
- Respond to data requests quickly and accurately, turning complex analysis into clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
- Coordinate with your manager and cross-functional teammates on an ongoing basis to improve data models and monitor agent performance.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical area, ideally as a recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of statistics, analytical techniques, and the basic principles behind AI and machine learning systems.
- Must be located in the United States and authorized to work there.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team summits if needed.
- Prior internship or project experience in a data analyst, research, or support role at a technology or AI-oriented organization is preferred.
- Ability to pull useful, practical insights from large and complicated datasets is preferred.
- Comfort with Python or R, data modeling concepts, and SQL database management is preferred.
