Role overview

This 6-month contract is for a Data Analyst based in Central Park, Sandyford, supporting the Retail Wealth and GI area. The business is expanding quickly, with a large customer base of 3.3 million, and this position has been created after bringing several commercial and adviser performance activities into a single function. The role sits in a team that combines relationship management, sector knowledge, market insight, and a strong focus on business performance.

The main purpose of the role is to produce clear reporting on Wealth and GI performance and help stakeholders understand the key drivers behind results.

Key accountabilities

• Interpret, explain, and report on the factors influencing Wealth performance for a broad group of stakeholders, including Retail SMT and the wider Wealth Management team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management information packs for business stakeholders.
• Compile MI covering consultation activity, paid-on income, business written and in pipeline, as well as items under negotiation.
• Partner with the Head of Business Performance & Reporting to identify meaningful performance insights that can inform future business decisions.
• Support the preparation of additional internal and external reporting, including regulatory, budget, NPS, and scorecard reporting.

Contract and working arrangements

This is a 6-month contract role with a pay rate of €18.19 per hour. The working pattern is hybrid, with 3 days required in the office.

Essential skills and tools

The role calls for advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, along with working familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and QlikView.
