Role overview

Domino’s is looking for a delivery driver who can help keep service fast, friendly, and safe. This role is part of a team focused on delivering hot, fresh food on time while providing a strong customer experience at every step.

Compensation and schedule

Average earnings are about $15.00 per hour, including tips and mileage. The schedule is flexible, and there may be chances to work overtime.

Daily responsibilities

• Start each shift by checking your personal bank, which should stay under $20 including coin change.
• Keep the driver area tidy, restock supplies, rotate Coke Cooler stock using FIFO, and help with prep work.
• Complete deliveries safely and efficiently, including customer follow-ups, running orders to the door, and moving with urgency.
• Stay busy and productive inside the store when not on deliveries.
• Confirm all items are correct before leaving for a delivery.
• Provide courteous service at the customer’s door, including eye contact, exact change, and a clear thank-you.
• Offer strong customer service inside the store as needed.
• Welcome customers promptly when they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Answer incoming calls quickly, ideally within two rings, when not on the road.
• Help create a great customer experience and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications and required skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean, company-acceptable driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries is required.
• Ability to operate a mobile device while working.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates.
• Good navigation ability, including reading maps and finding addresses or businesses.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and follow management direction.
• Solid customer service skills.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to work in the designated delivery area, including navigating challenging terrain and multi-story buildings.
