About the Opportunity

All & Sundry is an Airtable consultancy focused on transforming individual bases into connected operating systems. The team supports enterprise clients in building solutions that are actually used to run their business.

The Engagement Manager sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and client leadership. In this role, you are accountable for the overall health and success of client programs, usually across one or more enterprise accounts with several active projects running at the same time. Your job is to keep work moving, make sure the right people are involved, and prevent details from slipping through the cracks.

This position blends broad program oversight with day-to-day project coordination. Initially, you will work across both levels.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Build and maintain an ecosystem view for each enterprise account, including every active project, how those projects relate to one another, and where data moves.
  • Track the delivery pipeline and anticipate Solution Architect capacity needs, raising concerns before shortages create delivery issues.
  • Partner with sales to confirm Solution Architect staffing as deals close, and ensure the assigned SA is fully briefed before the first client meeting.
  • Hold regular check-ins with senior client stakeholders such as VPs and program owners to review program status, surface risks, and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Record possible expansion opportunities and hand them off to sales for follow-up.
  • Make the final decision on scope disagreements that are escalated from project level.

Project Management

  • Monitor milestone progress and readiness for close-out across all projects in your program.
  • Facilitate sprint planning with builders and Solution Architects, adjusting priorities as needed to keep development moving.
  • Identify scope creep early and escalate concerns before expectations drift.
  • Report project risks such as delays, blockers, and resourcing gaps in weekly updates.
  • Update Airtable partner portal project pages every week; this is a required part of the role.
  • Coordinate handoffs between builders when someone is out of office or a project is reassigned.

Internal Coordination

  • Lead weekly retrospectives with your pod of Solution Architect and builders, and ensure hours are logged and milestone statuses are current by Friday.
  • Act as the communication bridge between sales and delivery so that what is sold aligns with what is being built.

What You Will Not Own

  • You will not directly build in Airtable except in an emergency coverage situation.
  • You will not be responsible for technical architecture; that remains with the Solutions Architect.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a consultancy or agency serving enterprise clients. You should be comfortable working with relational systems and have a strong grasp of how Airtable data structures connect. Clear written communication is essential because you will prepare status updates, ecosystem maps, and risk notes for clients and company leadership. You should also stay composed under pressure and know when to escalate issues versus resolve them independently.

Preferred Background

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM/no-code platform is a plus. A background in technical consulting or implementation work is also desirable, as is experience managing several workstreams at once for one enterprise client.
